Ken Hanson, Owner/Partner
	30 years sales/design experience specifically in the areas of water management, irrigation, and wastewater 35 years production agriculture and livestock 13 years owning and operating a wholesale irrigation distribution business Successfully launched numerous new productions nationwide and internationally As a part of N-Hot Water, launched a new frac water heater with over $7 million in gross sales the first year Dual citizenship in Canada and the US allowing almost weekly trips to Western Canada Has business contacts in Korea, China, South Africa, Brazil, and the Middle East
Scott Ackerman, Owner/Partner
	Many years’ experience as a land developer 20 years owning and operating an industrial heating and air conditioning business Successfully owned and operated many businesses simultaneously Investor in many real estate partnerships as well as other companies As a part of N-Hot Water, launched a new frac water heater with over $7 million in gross sales the first year 20 years in sales and negotiating
Brad Herr, Mergers & Acquisitions Division
	Advanced degrees in accounting, business administration and law 13 years advising, managing and consulting with emerging growth companies 18 years in executive positions with manufacturing and service sector companies including positions as CFO, Director of Business Development, President and member of the Board of Directors Managed businesses ranging with annual turnovers ranging from $3mm to $100mm and employment from 15 to over 300 Lead strategic planning efforts for business resulting in sustained double digit growth Successfully positioned privately held company and achieved desired exit for founders at a fair price Established private equity group and currently evaluating companies for acquisition and/or investment Extensive international business travel working with partners and suppliers in Europe, Asia and South America
Jeffrey Geier, Acquisition Manager
	Jeff has an extensive background in administration, operations and finance. He has over 30 years of experience in the finance, agricultural real estate, banking, healthcare and leadership C-level operating roles, in both private and public companies. He currently is the CEO of a multi-million dollar primary care medical group serving over 100,000 patients per year in four clinic locations, leading a staff of more than 80 people.
